By using our website and placing orders through WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. Suvarana Sathva sells natural food products — please read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

Prices, availability and shipping charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before your order is finalised. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund where payment was collected in advance.

Because we sell perishable and consumable food items, returns are not accepted except in cases of transit damage, wrong product delivered, or quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
